29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system:      (a)JD Roofing, LLC @ 705 E. Drake Road, Fort Collins, CO 80525: On and before March 13th, 2015, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by each roofer engaged in re-roofing activities while working from the 8-in-12 pitch roof on the multi-apartment complex. This condition exposed the employees to the hazard of falling up to 20 feet eave to ground.
