Penalty
Initial $0.00 · Current $0.00
29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, shall be rigged such that employees can neither free fall more than 6 feet, nor contact any lower level: (a) Enterprise Exteriors, LLC at 350 W. 114th Ave., Northglenn, CO 80234: On and before March 26, 2015, the exposing employer did not ensure that the personal fall arrest systems used by employees limited the fall distance to 6 feet, nor prevented contact with the lower level.
