29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  An employee conducting carpentry activities from the exterior top plate was not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 11.3 feet.  (b) Employees conducting carpentry activities on the first floor were not protected from falling into a hole in the floor. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 9.3 feet.
