29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  a) In Storage area - The employer failed to provide a written hazard communication program and implement the requirements of the program to employees working with chemicals such as, but not limited to, Disinfectant solution and Lysol Brand Power & Fresh Multi-Surface Cleaner. Employees were exposed to eye, skin and respiratory tract irritations.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  a) Throughout facility - The employer failed to identify the locations of Amerex fire extinguishers by placing the signs for employees to access the fire extinguishers. Employees were exposed to fire hazards.
