29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about April 6, 2015, at the jobsite employees were exposed to head injury while working on the ground without wearing hard hats in areas where there was a possibility of head injury caused by falling objects from other employees working on the roof of a single-family home.
