WKJ Construction Company, Inc., Barboursville Village Community Swimming Pool:  On or about 04/09/15, an employee working 9' above the ground was not trained in fall hazards prior to being required to work at heights.     ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
