29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed:  Supervisor Building by dispatch:  On or about April 7, 2015 and times prior thereto,  the inspection revealed that employees were potentially exposed to serious injury because the Forest Supervisor did not ensure that openings in electrical breaker panels were effectively covered.   The Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 978170, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/23/2014, with respect to a workplace located at Redmond Air Center Redmond, Oregon.  The Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 903968, notice number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/01/2013, with respect to a workplace located at Pine Orchards in Cottage Grove, Oregon.  Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
