29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level:                                                                                                                                           On or about April 2, 2015, at a construction site, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 13" while working on a scaffold that did not have guardrails or other fall protection devices. The employee was exposed to the hazard of falls.
