OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and crush-by hazards:     a. Race track access junction - high speed sports cars drove in a direction which resulted in a struck-by hazard due to exposure to an unprotected opened end of a guard rail.  A high speed sports car lost control and crashed into the opened end of the rigid guard rail, on or about 4/12/15.
