29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    a) Laundry Room, 7800 Bustleton Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19152: Employees were exposed to corrosive materials while laundering soiled linens. There was no eyewash or quick drenching station, capable of providing 15 minutes of continuous flushing in the immediate area. Conditions were observed on or about April 10, 2015.
