29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(iii): The safety monitor was not on the same walking/working surface and within visual sighting distance of the employee being monitored.  a)  Rear Right Corner of the Roof - Employees were standing on the roof in the area between the warning flags and the edge of the roof but their monitor was on the ground at the foot of the ladder, thereby exposing the employees to a serious hazard, observed on or about 4-7-15.  Abatement certification required.
