Riedel-Wilks Building Structures, Inc., Eleanor Industrial Park:  On or about 04/15/15, employees installing a gutter using an aerial lift were not attached to the basket protecting them from falling 18' to the ground.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
