29 CFR 1910.178(L)(1)(ii):  The employer did not ensure that each operator of a powered industrial truck had successfully completed the training required by paragraph (L).   (a)  Precision Building Systems, LLC, 13684 107th Avenue, Commerce City, CO:  On and prior to April 15th, 2015, the controlling employer who rented a rough terrain forklift (Xtreme XRM842) for sub-contractor(s) use did not ensure that the operator(s) had successfully completed the training requirement in paragraph L.   Note:  The requirements applicable to construction work under paragraph 29 CFR 1926.602(d), are identical to those set forth in 1910.178(l).   Abatement Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
