29 CFR 1910.106(d)(4)(iii):   Electrical wiring and equipment located in inside storage rooms used for Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 °F (37.8 °C), shall be approved under subpart S of this part for Class I, Division 2 Hazardous Locations; for Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint at or above 100 °F (37.8 °C) and Category 4 flammable liquids, shall be approved for general use.    Barrel Storage Area:  The electrical wiring and equipment, such as (but not limited to) flexible cord plug and connector, the electrical motor for the chain fall, electrical exit signs and other electrical wiring, located and installed inside the BSA that was used to store hazardous waste flammable liquids were neither intrinsically safe nor approved for Class 1 Division II Hazardous Location.    Tradebe Treatment and Recycling Northeast, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 904561, Citation Number 01, Item Number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on 26 June 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 50 Cross Street Bridgeport Connecticut.
