29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) 3130 Jones Creek Rd., Baton Rouge, LA; On or about 4/16/15, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet 5 inches while on the second level of a building. The second level did not have a guardrail system and employees did not wear fall protection.
