29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    Production Area.  The following anti-caking machines did not have guarding to prevent employees from having their hands or arms inside the machine opening when the auger was running.  Employees were exposed to amputation and laceration hazards.    a) Production Room #2, Line #4    b) Production Room #2, Line #5    c) Production Room #2, Line #6      There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
