29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):  a)    Amee Bay, LLC, Shop: On or about 04/21/2015, employees required to operate the Jet horizontal band saw serial #WJZ564 were not provided with a guard over the unused portion of the saw blade, thus exposing the employees to possible severe lacerations.   b)    Amee Bay, LLC, Shop: On or about 04/21/2015, employees required to operate the Jaws ironworker serial #2013945 were not provided with a guard over the punch section, thus exposing the employees to a possible amputation.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
