29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees:  a) Jersey Shore CML - Throughout the production Area:   The employer did not ensure that authorized employees were trained on all aspects of the LOTO program and all specific procedures for each individual machine or equipment identified in the program that was used by each authorized employee as part of their job duty.
