29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): On every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate.    The upper storage area of the shop is used to store spare parts and the employer had not determined the load capacity of the structure and marked it on a conspicuous place.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use.    The employer did not have an SDSs available for all the chemicals observed in the facility, including paints, solvents, cleaners, lubricants and other products used by the employees for equipment and vehicle maintenance and repair and for light construction work, among other tasks.
