Non-mandatory Appendix A to this subpart contains examples of criteria that will enable an employer to comply with paragraph (a) of this section: The front of the building under construction, southwest: On or about April 21, 2015, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than ten feet to the ground, while welding steel brackets to the beam from a makeshift scaffold platform that was elevated with a JLG Rough Terrain Forklift.
