29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could neither free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m), nor contact any lower level: (a) At the Super 8 jobsite located in Green Bay, WI; the rope grabs, used in conjunction of a personal fall protection system, were adjusted close to the end of the rope which would result in employees falling more than 6 feet and strike the ground 18 feet below.
