29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1): Within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, the employer must certify to OSHA (the Agency) that each cited violation has been abated, except as provided in paragraph (c)(2) of this section:  Employer did not provide certification on each of the cited items:      a)  Frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite are being conducted.     b)  Fall protection devices are provided for its employees when exposed to fall hazards during residential construction           activities.     c)  Fall Protection training is providing to its employees to ensure that they are able to recognize and minimize their           exposure to hazards.     d)  Ladders are installed secured and safe three feet above the access/egress level

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  Employees conducting roofing activities on a roof with a 4:12 pitch were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 9.5 feet.
