29 CFR 1910.141(a)(4)(ii): Wastes were not collected and removed as often as necessary to maintain the place of employment in a sanitary condition: a. On or about April 24, 2015, employees were exposed to an unsanitary workplace in the Trim Room located in the Southeast corner of the facility located at 10973 State Highway 54E Plover, WI. Solid or liquid waste from potatoes and sweet potatoes was not removed as often as necessary to maintain the place of employment in a sanitary condition.
