29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE):  a/ List Logistics/Linden NJ Site: Warehouse. The temporary agency employer did not perform a hazard assessment to ensure that the temporary employees hired to work at  List Logistics Inc. were provided with the required personal protective equipment and the equipment made available where needed.   Temporary employees were hired to work at List Logistics, Inc. where they were exposed to hazards associated with (including but not limited to) handling packages/boxes, operations involving powered industrial trucks,  using manual box cutting tools, manually handling wooden pallets and performing sorting operations.  Observed on/or about 3/25/2015.
