29 CFR 1910.1001(k)(1): The employer did not maintain all surfaces as free as practicable of ACM waste and/or debris and accompanying dust:  (a) Washington Headquarters Services - Raven Rock Mountain Complex - The employer did not develop and implement appropriate housekeeping procedures for the chysotile identified in settled dust samples collected from several elevated horizontal locations such as; but not limited to, pipe runs, shelving, and inner office roofs throughout the facility and on the roof, on or about May 28, 2015.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
