29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition.      a) Groundcovers Greenhouse & Nursery, Inc. at 4301 E Iliff Ave., Denver, CO 80222:  On or before April 22nd, 2015, employees assisting customers in the parking lot were exposed to tripping hazards in that when concrete parking blocks become displaced the rebar-mounting stands up several inches from the ground and creates a tripping hazard.  Prior to the inspection an employee had sustained a significant injury after tripping on some of the exposed rebar.  This condition exposed employees to tripping hazards.
