29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2(v): Employees were not wearing a body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:       a)   An employee was exposed to 25 ft fall hazard working in the  aerial lift without being tied off to the lift with a fall protection belt or harness; employee can fall if the lift bounces due to lift malfunction or if struck by a vehicle.        Location: 53 Washington Square South, New York N.Y.      On or about 4/23/2015      NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION NOR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS ITEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
