29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards: a) On or about 4/21/2015, In front of 5231 Coye Road: Employees were working around an International Boom Truck which was blocking both lanes of a roadway. No signs or warnings were in use other than two small wooden saw horses that were placed in the roadway on either side of the truck, with an orange flag on each one. Abatement certification is required for this item.

The two small wooden saw horses that were placed in the roadway on either side of the truck, with an orange flag on each one, did not meet the requirements of the MUTCD. Abatement certification is required for this item.
