CNC Shop - On or about April 27, 2015, the 6" Industrial Buffer spindle end, nuts were not guarded on either side of the rotating buffing wheels. Instance c. Debuffing Department - On or about April 27, 2015, the Baldor (S/N B141205226) buffer spindle end, nuts were not guarded on either side of the rotating buffing wheels. Instance d. Debuffing Department - On or about April 27, 2015, the Baldor (S/N W0100) buffer spindle end, nuts were not guarded on either side of the rotating buffing wheels.
