29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a- 31 Arden St., Somerset, NJ - Employees working on the ground below a roof rip/tear were not wearing protective helmets. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CF 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:  a- 31 Arden St., Somerset, NJ -  Employees engaged in roof rip/tear of a single family two story home without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards of approx. 16 ft. to the ground below.      Condition noted on or about 4/25/15.
