29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(ii): The employer's Exposure Control Plan did not contain at least the elements in 29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(ii)(A) through (c)(1)(ii)(C):            George Lambrinos DMD/ NJ site:  Employees assisting in dental procedures and/or handling contaminated instruments from those procedures are exposed to blood and/or other potentially infectious material.  The generic exposure control plan for bloodborne pathogens provided by the employer had not been adapted to the site location to include site-specific details including a list of jobs / tasks with occupational exposure, as well as the schedule and method of implementation of program elements such as annual employee training and recordkeeping.     Condition observed on/or about 4/29/15.
