29 CFR 1910.138(b): The employer did not base selection of appropriate hand protection on an evaluation of the performance characteristics of the hand protection relative to the tasks to be performed, conditions present, duration of use, and the hazards and potential hazards identified:  Establishment:  Employer did not select gloves that would provide adequate protection during the following operations: a. Laundry Department - employees who handle hazardous materials such as Ecolab Laundry Sour VII, Laundri Destainer, Neutralizer and Tri Star Solar Brite. b. Housekeeping - employees who use hazardous cleaning products such as Neutra Quat disinfectant and detergent and Bleach Germicidal Cleaner.

29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv): Overcurrent devices for circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less, were not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel:  Maintenance Shop:  Overcurrent devices for equipment such as lighting and emergency air handler were blocked by a shelf and various items in storage such as extension cord, leveling rod, metal and wooden rods, 5-gallon buckets of wall finishing product, and miscellaneous mechanical parts.
