29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: (a) Lot 7 Homestead, SE corner of Homestead Drive and Hwy 51 in Madison, MS - On or about April 29, 2015, two employees were elevated on a flat modified wood skid attached to the forks of a Gradall rough terrain forklift without any fall protection.
