IN THE ALTERNATIVE    29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:    a) 222 Arsenal Rd, York PA - An employee was observed working from a Lift-All aerial bucket truck approximately 22 feet - 25 feet above ground and was not wearing a body belt (or harness) with lanyard attached to the boom or basked and was exposed to a fall hazard, on or about April 30, 2015.    No abatement certification or documentation required.
