(a) Exterior top plate of the house, Silverbrook Reserve Subdivision: Lot no 68, Powder Springs, GA. Employees were framing a residential home and were exposed to eye injuries while operating a Hitachi 3 1/4-inch Strip Nailer (Model NR83A2-S) without safety goggles or glasses.
