29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer must submit to the Agency, along with the information on abatement certification required by paragraph (c)(3) of this section, documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required:    a.  The employer has failed to submit abatement certification and documentation within ten days of the abatement date, July 10, 2015, for a violation of 1926.20(b)(1), issued as citation 1, item 1, and described as follows:         At the worksite where employees were exposed to hazards such as but not limited to, fall hazards and struck-by hazards, programs to comply with this part were not maintained.      b. The employer has failed to submit abatement certification and documentation within ten days of the abatement date, July 10, 2015, for a violation of CFR 1926.20(b)(2), issued as citation 2, item 1, and described as follows:       At the worksite where employees were exposed to hazards such as, but not limited to, struck-by and fall hazards, frequent and regular inspections of the job site were not conducted.        Jonah Development was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1001405, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 17, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3660 Gender Road, Canal Winchester, Ohio, 43110.
