29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.    (a) Location -25-27 High Street, Rockport, MA:  On or about 4/27/2015, employees working on a roof that was greater than 6 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling.

The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.    (a) Location -25-27 High Street, Rockport, MA:  On or about 4/27/2015, employees working on a roof were not trained to recognize fall hazards and preventative steps to take when working above 6 feet above a lower level.
