29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. On 4/30/15, at the 1948 Satellite Blvd., Duluth, Ga job site, employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 30 feet as they worked from scaffold systems that did not have guardrails installed along all open sides. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
