29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):    a)  Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 36 feet while performing masonry work to a newly constructed single family home.    b)  Employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 11.2 feet while performing masonry work to the garage of a newly constructed single family home.
