29 CFR 1926.651(i)(1): Where the stability of adjoining buildings, walls, or other structures was endangered by excavation operations, support systems such as shoring, bracing or underpinning was not provided to ensure the stability of such structures for the protection of employees.  On or about 05/04/2015 at the 1000 Old County Circle Project, employees were working at and near an air handling unit's concrete support wall that was not shored or braced against collapse.

29 CFR 1926.651(k)(1): Daily inspections of excavations, the adjacent areas, and protective systems were not made by a competent person for evidence of a situation that could have resulted in possible cave-ins, indications of failure of protective systems, hazardous atmospheres, or other hazardous conditions:  On or about 05/04/2015 at the 1000 Old County Circle Project, there was no competent person on site to inspect the excavations and concrete walls adjacent to the excavations.
