29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): Each employee working from an aerial lift was not protected from falling by wearing a harness with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket: At a new hotel construction site, south: On or about May 06, 2015, and at times prior thereto, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet while working from an aerial lift without wearing fall protection to install plywood sheathing on the exterior wall.
