29 CFR 1928.57(c)(2)(i): The mesh or nip-points of all power driven gears, belts, chains, sheaves, pulleys, sprockets and idlers were not guarded:   A belt and pulley powering an auger on a separator located in the separator room had the guard removed exposing employees to the ingoing nip-points and rotating parts.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Agriculture Reference: 1928.21(a)(5))  The employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program which included a list of hazardous chemicals known to be present in the milking parlor and maintenance shop along with stating how the employer will meet the requirements specified in paragraphs (f) labels and other forms of warning, (g) safety data sheets, and (h) employee information and training.
