29 CFR 1928.51(b)(2)(i)(B): Where ROPS were required by this section, the employer did not ensure that each employee tightened the seatbelt sufficiently to confine the employee to the protected area provided by the ROPS:     (a) John Erb Ranch: On or about April 25th, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while feeding cattle in an overloaded John Deere 6140M tractor.

29 CFR 1928.51(d): Every employee who operates an agricultural tractor was not informed of operating practices contained in Appendix A of this part and of any other practices dictated by the work environment:     (a) John Erb Ranch: On or about April 25th, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while delivering 1,200 pound round bales of hay, down a steep incline with the load raised in an overloaded John Deere 6140M tractor.
