OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crush hazards:   a)  2718 Zelda Road, Montgomery AL - Bay #1 Left hand side; On or about May 5, 2015 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to crush hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work under a hydraulic automotive lift which had a broken lift lock.       b)  2718 Zelda Road, Montgomery AL - Bay #3 Left hand side; On or about May 5, 2015 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to crush hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work under a hydraulic automotive lift which did not have a lift lock or a non-rotating device.      c)  2718 Zelda Road, Montgomery AL - Bay #2 Right hand side; On or about May 5, 2015 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to crush hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work under a hydraulic automotive lift which did not have a lift lock or a non-rotating device.
