An employee using a portable circular saw was exposed to struck by hazards on a residential construction site in Chatham, Illinois and the employer did not ensure the use of eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10ft. and 15ft. 5in. on a residential construction site in Chatham, Illinois.  The employer did not provide adequate fall protection while working.
