OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to crushing injuries when delivering improperly distributed loads in dump trailers:    (a) Location: Open dirt lot alongside the existing structure at 433 Oaklawn Avenue, Cranston RI:  On or about 5/11/2015, the employer instructed an employee driving a dump body trailer to deliver an improperly distributed load of soil causing the trailer to roll over.
