29 CFR 1926.502(b)(1): The top edge height of the top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, was not 42 inches (1.1 m) plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm) above the walking/working level:      (a) Location - 300 Canal Street, Lawrence, MA:  On or about 5/1/15, 4th floor window openings were not equipped with top rails.    Environmental Compliance Specialist, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 898194, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on 6/20/2013, with respect to a workplace located at Woodbury Mills, Dover, NH.
