29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement:    a)Multiple locations along Reed Street and East Prospect Street, South River, NJ: Employees were exposed to impalement hazards when rebar used to reinforce sidewalk/ramp concrete installation was not capped.    Condition occurred on or about May 12 and May 13, 2015.
