29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards were present, or were likely to be present, which necessitated the use of personal protective equipment:  a.  353 Pierce Ave., Macon, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to chemical hazard.  The employer did not conduct an assessment to determine the appropriate personal protective equipment for use. The employees handles chemicals such as, bleach and purple power cleaner when performing pressure washing on residential homes, on or about May 13, 2015.

29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye and face equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment:  a.  353 Pierce Ave., Macon, GA (Jobsite) -  Employees were exposed to chemical hazard.  The employees were not required to utilize eye protection when pouring the chemicals into the water container for pressure washing.  The cleaner/chemicals and water splashed back onto the employees as they pressure wash the residential home, on or about May 13, 2015.

The employer did not required employees to utilize hand protection to the employees who handles the chemicals, such as Bleach and Purple Power Cleaner when pressure washing residential homes, on or about May 13, 2015.
