29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) 2879 Prestige Ct, Eau Claire, WI; Employees were performing tear off of old roofing material and replacement of new shingles on a 5-12 pitch roof without adequate means of fall protection more than 6 feet from lower surface.
